By accessing or using the Faith Voyagers website, mobile application, or any related services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, parents, guardians, and children who access or use the Service.

The Service is intended for use by parents/guardians who are at least 18 years of age and their children. By creating an account, you represent that:

• You are at least 18 years of age
• You have the legal authority to agree to these Terms
• You are the parent or legal guardian of any children you register on the Service
• You consent to your child's use of the Service under your supervision

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during registration
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized account access
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Not share your account with others or create multiple accounts

Subscription Plans:

Faith Voyagers offers various subscription plans with different features and pricing. Current pricing is available on our website.

Payment:

• Payment is processed securely through Stripe
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
• You authorize us to charge your payment method for recurring fees
• Prices may change with 30 days advance notice

We believe in giving you full control over your subscription. You may cancel at any time with no penalties or hidden fees.

How to Cancel:

• Online: Log into your parent dashboard, go to "Subscription Management," and click "Cancel Subscription"
• Email: Send a cancellation request to billing@faithvoyagers.com from your registered email address
• Contact Form: Submit a cancellation request through our contact page

What Happens When You Cancel:

• Your subscription remains active until the end of your current billing period
• You retain full access to all features until your subscription expires
• No further charges will be made to your payment method
• Your children's progress data is retained for 30 days after expiration, allowing you to resubscribe without losing progress
• After 30 days, your account data may be permanently deleted

Reactivation:

If you change your mind, you can reactivate your subscription at any time through your account settings. If reactivated within 30 days of cancellation, your children's progress will be restored.

Annual Plans:

Annual subscriptions can be cancelled at any time, but the cancellation takes effect at the end of the annual billing period. We do not prorate unused months unless you qualify for a refund under our Refund Policy.

Faith Voyagers accounts are owned and controlled by the parent or legal guardian who creates the account. This section clarifies ownership rights and responsibilities.

Account Ownership:

• The parent/guardian who registers the account is the sole account owner
• Only the account owner can make billing changes, cancel subscriptions, or delete the account
• Child profiles are managed by and belong to the parent account — children do not have independent accounts
• All data associated with child profiles is considered part of the parent's account data

Account Transfer:

• Account ownership may be transferred to another adult (e.g., co-parent, guardian) upon written request
• Both the current owner and new owner must verify their identity
• Contact support@faithvoyagers.com to initiate an account transfer

Shared Access:

• Parents may share account credentials with a co-parent or caregiver at their discretion
• The account owner remains responsible for all activity on the account
• We recommend not sharing credentials with children

In Case of Disputes:

If there is a dispute about account ownership (e.g., in divorce or custody situations), we will defer to the original account creator unless provided with legal documentation (such as a court order) directing otherwise. We are not responsible for resolving family disputes and may suspend account access until the dispute is resolved.

Upon Account Termination:

• The account owner may request deletion of all data, including child profiles
• The account owner may export child progress data before account deletion

Subject to these Terms, Faith Voyagers grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

• Access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial educational purposes
• Download and use the mobile application on devices you own or control
• Allow your children to use the Service under your supervision

This license does not include the right to modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from any part of the Service.

All content on the Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio, video, software, and educational materials, is the property of Faith Voyagers LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, display, sell, license, or otherwise exploit any content for any purpose without our prior written consent.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Upload viruses or malicious code
• Collect user information without consent
• Use the Service to harm minors in any way
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Share account credentials with unauthorized users

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Faith Voyagers does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. Educational content is supplementary and not a replacement for formal education.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FAITH VOYAGERS LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Faith Voyagers LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Fulton County, Georgia.

Faith Voyagers LLC is a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Georgia. This section outlines key operational terms governing our relationship with users.

Service Provider:

Faith Voyagers LLC ("Company") agrees to provide the Service as described in these Terms. The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time with reasonable notice to users.

User Obligations:

• Use the Service only for its intended educational purposes
• Maintain accurate account information
• Comply with all applicable laws and these Terms
• Ensure supervised use by children under your care

Relationship of Parties:

This agreement does not create any partnership, joint venture, employment, or agency relationship between you and Faith Voyagers LLC. You are an independent user of our Service.

Entire Agreement:

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and other policies referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and Faith Voyagers LLC regarding the Service. Any prior agreements, representations, or understandings are superseded.

Severability:

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Waiver:

The failure of Faith Voyagers LLC to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

Assignment:

You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your rights hereunder without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms without restriction.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by:

• Posting the updated Terms on the Service
• Updating the "Last updated" date
• Sending an email notification for significant changes

Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
