Parental Consent

Faith Voyagers is designed for children ages 3-11. Under U.S. federal law (COPPA), websites and apps that collect personal information from children under 13 must:

• Notify parents about data collection practices
• Obtain verifiable parental consent before collecting children's data
• Give parents control over their children's information

We take these requirements seriously because protecting children's privacy aligns with our mission and values as a faith-based organization.

You are NOT consenting to:

• Sharing your child's data with advertisers or marketers
• Using your child's data for any purpose other than providing our educational service
• Allowing your child to publicly share personal information
• Collecting more information than necessary for our service

At any time, you have the right to:

• Review all information we have collected about your child
• Request changes to your child's information
• Delete your child's profile and all associated data
• Withdraw consent for future data collection
• Receive a copy of your child's data in a portable format

You can exercise these rights through your parent dashboard or by contacting us directly.

You may withdraw your consent at any time. To do so:

• Via Dashboard: Log into your parent account and delete the child profile
• Via Email: Send a request to privacy@faithvoyagers.com
• Via Mail: Write to our Privacy Department (address below)

When you withdraw consent, we will delete your child's profile and all associated personal information within 30 days. Your subscription will continue, but you won't be able to create a new child profile without providing consent again.
