At Faith Voyagers, we want every family to feel confident in their decision to use our educational app. We understand that finding the right learning tool for your child is important, and we stand behind the quality of our product with a clear, fair refund policy.
This policy applies to all subscription purchases made through our website. If you subscribed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, their respective refund policies apply, and you should contact them directly.
If you're not completely satisfied with Faith Voyagers within the first 30 days of your initial subscription, we'll give you a full refund. No questions asked.

The following situations qualify for refunds:
New Subscribers (30-Day Window)
Full refund available within 30 days of your first payment, for any reason.
Annual Plan Renewals (14-Day Window)
If your annual subscription renews and you didn't intend to continue, contact us within 14 days for a prorated refund.
Technical Issues
If you experience persistent technical problems that our support team cannot resolve, you may be eligible for a refund regardless of timing.
Duplicate Charges
If you were accidentally charged twice or subscribed multiple times, we'll refund the duplicate charges immediately.
Unauthorized Charges
If a charge was made without authorization (e.g., a child made an unauthorized purchase), contact us and we'll work with you to resolve it.
The following situations are generally not eligible for refunds:
Outside the Guarantee Window
Requests made after 30 days (new subscribers) or 14 days (annual renewals).
Monthly Plan Renewals
Monthly subscriptions renew automatically. Cancel before your renewal date to avoid charges. We do not refund monthly renewals.
Terms of Service Violations
Accounts terminated due to violations of our Terms of Service are not eligible for refunds.
Change of Mind (After Guarantee Period)
We cannot offer refunds simply for change of mind after the money-back guarantee period has ended.
To avoid unwanted charges, we recommend setting a reminder a few days before your billing date if you're considering cancellation. You can view your next billing date in your parent dashboard.
