This policy applies to all subscription purchases made through our website. If you subscribed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, their respective refund policies apply, and you should contact them directly.

If you're not completely satisfied with Faith Voyagers within the first 30 days of your initial subscription, we'll give you a full refund. No questions asked.

What's Covered:

  • Monthly Subscriptions: Full refund within 30 days of your first payment
  • Annual Subscriptions: Full refund within 30 days of your first payment
  • First-time subscribers only: This guarantee applies to your initial subscription, not renewals

Refund Eligibility

The following situations qualify for refunds:

New Subscribers (30-Day Window)

Full refund available within 30 days of your first payment, for any reason.

Annual Plan Renewals (14-Day Window)

If your annual subscription renews and you didn't intend to continue, contact us within 14 days for a prorated refund.

Technical Issues

If you experience persistent technical problems that our support team cannot resolve, you may be eligible for a refund regardless of timing.

Duplicate Charges

If you were accidentally charged twice or subscribed multiple times, we'll refund the duplicate charges immediately.

Unauthorized Charges

If a charge was made without authorization (e.g., a child made an unauthorized purchase), contact us and we'll work with you to resolve it.

Non-Refundable Situations

The following situations are generally not eligible for refunds:

Outside the Guarantee Window

Requests made after 30 days (new subscribers) or 14 days (annual renewals).

Monthly Plan Renewals

Monthly subscriptions renew automatically. Cancel before your renewal date to avoid charges. We do not refund monthly renewals.

Terms of Service Violations

Accounts terminated due to violations of our Terms of Service are not eligible for refunds.

Change of Mind (After Guarantee Period)

We cannot offer refunds simply for change of mind after the money-back guarantee period has ended.

Tip: Set a Reminder

To avoid unwanted charges, we recommend setting a reminder a few days before your billing date if you're considering cancellation. You can view your next billing date in your parent dashboard.

How to Request a Refund

Requesting a refund is simple. Choose one of these methods:

  • Your account email address
  • Reason for the refund request (optional but helpful)
  • Any relevant transaction details

Option 2: Contact Form

Submit a request through our contact page. Select "Billing" as the subject category and include your refund request details.

Option 3: Parent Dashboard

Log into your account, go to "Subscription Management," and click "Request Refund" (if eligible based on your subscription date).

We aim to respond to all refund requests within 1-2 business days.

Refund Processing

Timeline:

  • Review: We review refund requests within 1-2 business days
  • Approval: Once approved, we initiate the refund immediately
  • Processing: Refunds are processed back to your original payment method
  • Arrival: Depending on your bank or card issuer, refunds typically appear within 5-10 business days

What to Expect:

  • You'll receive an email confirmation when your refund is approved
  • A second email when the refund is processed through Stripe
  • The refund will appear as a credit on your statement
  • Your account access will continue until the end of your paid period (for cancellations with refunds within the guarantee period)

Payment Method Notes:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days for the refund to appear
  • Bank Transfers: May take up to 10 business days
  • If your card has expired: Contact your bank; refunds are typically still processed

Special Circumstances

We understand that life happens. While we have standard policies, we consider special circumstances on a case-by-case basis:

  • Medical emergencies: If illness or medical issues prevented you from using or canceling the service, let us know.
  • Billing errors: If you believe there's been an error with your billing, we'll investigate and make it right.
  • Service outages: Extended service outages affecting your ability to use Faith Voyagers may qualify for partial refunds or credits.
  • Hardship situations: We may be able to offer extended payment plans or other accommodations in financial hardship situations.
